A 35-year professional with experience mainly in design and construction management in the corporate sector, including embassies, diplomatic buildings, oil and gas, telecommunications, and textiles as well as medium to high-rise luxury apartment buildings. We engaged and auspiciously delivered approximately 3 million square feet over the past 2.5 decades, while 1.5 million square feet are under construction.
I sat on the plane of my career approximately 35 years ago. On the runway, it was critical to understand the importance of consistency and the power of belief, which has been at the forefront of Artec’s core beliefs and has propelled us in undertaking a smooth takeoff from the start and expanding into a tailored construction development firm with a diverse portfolio of projects made possible by a motivated group of highly skilled professionals.
During this trip, I transformed the way we think about space by developing three million square feet of cutting-edge luxury projects such as corporate offices, apartments, shops, and residences.
By the grace of the Almighty, my trip to a greater altitude is now joined by a group of dedicated collaborators, each with their own outstanding presence and achievements in their respective professions. Our pursuit of excellence takes us in all directions and allows us to collaborate with like-minded professionals. ”THE GARDEN” has the advantage of having Ghayyoor Obaid Architects on our architecture design panel. This allows us to broaden our approach and study the project beyond the typical examination and review process. The key to their success resides not only in a unique and progressive approach to design but also in due diligence and conscientious professional follow-up on their projects throughout and after completion.
“SEE-3 DEVELOPMENTS” is our most recent multi-story project, which began in 2018 and is now in its final stages of building. This complex of three identical skyscrapers is primarily designed to house corporate offices. In keeping with our goal of setting new standards, we strove to improve building quality while working within local limits. This initiative has been so successful that we are confident in setting new milestones for ourselves.
